Writing has been this great escape for me. It's like when I hold a pencil, suddenly I'm transported somewhere where everything is suddenly possible. A place where the weight of the world isn't so unbearable. Ever felt like that?
My writing is inspired by a lot of real life events. Sometimes when you are overthrown by emotions, the best thing you can do is use it to fuel your passion.
Maya is a pen name that I tend to use a lot. My real name, however, is something I'd rather keep to myself. ;)
