“Words.” I hear them all the time. In a question, an answer, simply just a statement. I hear words, but I don’t speak words. Words. Words are like butterflies. If you try to catch them and keep them they’ll get scared and never come back. But, if you let them come to you, if you’re quiet and patient, those words you’re waiting for will come to you, put your hand out, and wait. Patiently, quietly, wait. Wait. Wait for those words to come to you. Be calm, and when you’re ready let those words go. Sometimes words are graceful, and beautiful. But other times, words are fluttery, and words are fast, and angry. And… scared. Words aren’t meant to be fast, or angry. Words are supposed to be calm, and real. If you grab words by the fragile parts, those words will rip and die. Just like butterflies. Words are delicate. You need to be careful when it comes to words. Don’t be rough or mean with words, and don’t hurt people with words. Humans are delicate and fragile. You can’t replace a heart. And you can’t take your words back. Once words are let go, and free, those words can’t get taken back and bottled up again.
