Peter’s Happily Ever After

By @Renfestlovrr

Most stories start off with Once Upon A Time. But that is only in fairy tale’s, right? After all, this is the real world and nothing magical happens in the real world. Or was there magic hidden in things we fail to see with our eyes? That is why opening your heart to possibilities that are endless is a good thing to do sometimes. And does making a wish on a star that flies by in the night sky grant wishes that are close to the heart?

But magic was something you had to believe in, at least a little bit to do what 20-year-old Landon Baptist did, and he was amazing at his job. It’s not a job, it’s a privilege to make people smile and happy, Landon would say when his co-workers teased him about working late some nights. But he was happy doing what he did best; playing the part of Peter Pan at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. But was that the only thing in life to make him happy?

Landon went around the park everyday making people smile and laugh, watching couples stroll around the streets hand in hand. And he, himself, returned home every night with no one to talk to about his day. Children would always get over excited to see him as the legendary Boy Who Never Grew Up. But he was used to being alone and being lonely was a lot to admit. When would he find his happily ever after?
