Spring
She bats her eyelashes like robin wings,
Silky rose petals on her cheeks.
Her song like a misty morning rain,
And on her fingers, jewels of green.
Summer
She has a cool wild voice, like the sea;
Carrying a weightless ballad.
Her sultry eyes explode with fireworks
And like sea shells on a beach, freckles are scattered.
Fall
Sparkling caramel candies stare back at me.
Creamy hair falls over her shoulders
Like a stream of of coffee.
And Her laugh paints the auburn leaves
Trickling down from Heaven.
Winter
But Him.
With blank cold eyes,
Stiff snowy skin.
And teeth like shards of broken glass.
His words nip at My heart like frostbite.
