Can we?

Warm Monday morning, the sun rises and the birds chirping, as Cristal sits up in her bed thinking about last night, all she can hear in her head is “Goodbye” and she can’t find a way to some how stop it, as the words keep repeating in her head she thinks “can we? Can we actually love each other again?” she been through so much in her life. She gets up for work and pretends every thing is alright, she puts on this fake smile that seem’s so real it’s hard to spot the real her, she acts happy when she is not, she acts like everything is alright when is not. As she gets home she see’s a text message from him “I love you” she reads out loud know it’s never going to work, she says to herself “remember you can’t move on to the next chapter if you keep re-reading the same one” she pretends not t see the message and falls asleep until the next day.
