Dorothy Garlock, author of national bestsellers Ribbon in the Sky and Homeplace, has had a long and very successful publishing history writing under her own name and the pseudonyms Johanna Phillips and Dorothy Phillips. She was born and raised in Texas and now lives in Iowa.
