About The Author
The late award-winning Dr. J. V. Cerney was the author of Acupuncture Without Needles. Dr. Cerney was a specialist in podiatric medicine and physical therapeutics. He was a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
