About The Author
PETER ENGLUND, a historian and journalist, is a member of the Swedish Academy, which chooses the winners of the Nobel Prize. He is the recipient of the August Prize for the best Swedish book of the year and the Sela Lagerlof literary prize. He is the author of ten books.
