It is finally here! One of Us Is Lying, the fan-favorite book series (turned bingeable TV series!) is finally back, with all eight episodes of season 2 now streaming on Peacock. The hot new season (led by a new showrunner!) is gearing up to be extra juicy, with a ton of secrets just waiting to be revealed. Fans of the book series by Karen M. What is new in season 2?
The season has a new showrunner, Erica Saleh, who is promising to bring all of the excitement. Saleh originally adapted the novel for Peacock, writing the pilot script for One of Us Is Lying, so we know our favorite show is in good hands.
Will the story follow the book series?
Not exactly. . . . While the second book in the series, One of Us Is Next, begins one year after the original book, season 2 of the Peacock original series picks up right where season 1 ends. Devotees of the book series may be asking: What other changes will be made?! And what is going to happen to our favorite characters? Which couples will get together and fall apart? We have a feeling that we will not be disappointed by Saleh’s vision for the show, and we are SO excited to be surprised right alongside everyone else this season!
