It was night at the courthouse, all the better to try a hardened murderer. The two lawyers fought to sway a court. That is when the bomb went off. The district attorney, Miles Johnson, arrived at a place full of unearthly treats and drinks. “Where am I?” Asked MIles. A Man with a Battle-axe walked up to him “your in Valhalla, a place of food and battle. Come, your needed for Jury Duty.” Said the Battle-Axe Man. He found himself in an arena with fellow dead people. It sort of reminded him of a game show like the ones with athletic people trying to win cash and prizes. But then he saw what they where fighting for: a jewel with some little girl’s face on it. It was a fight for her soul. A buzzer went off and they tried to put the jewel in the hole while fighting with clubs and swords. He had served in Iraq so he fought as hard as he could. His team lost but the screen stated ‘Life Team Wins.’ he noticed that his team had yellow uniforms, the other team had green. He realized that if neither team knew what side they were on, it would be impartial. After ten rounds of this he went back to the feasting hall where he drank green drink that tasted like pears and limes. At least Jury Duty here wasn’t so bad.
