Chapter 1

  “ In leadership, there are no words more important than trust” says Mike Krzyzewski. Gaining trust is one of the most potent issues leaders should not overlook. An organisation with no trust issues leads to complete devotion from both sides which are leaders and employees. A great leader would never sacrifice employees for the sake of numbers. For example, Charlie Kim; a CEO of a tec company in New York, created a policy of lifetime employment. You cannot get fired for performance issues. On the other hand, the company will help you overcome any issues that you encounter. And that is how you gain trust .

    I liked how did you explain the meaning of trust and how can you gain it.. but I don’t agree with your opinion that says “a great leader would never sacrifice employees for the sake of numbers” sometimes they do, not every time but sometimes when they have no choice, cause you know business is always the first priority.
