Chapter 1

This Year

It’s been a difficult year

Full of sorrow,

Full of fear.

I never imagined how hard it would be,

To go to school,

To hang with friends.

Stay clean,

Don’t get sick.

Stay at home.

Wear your mask.

But we must stay strong,

We can get through this,

Together.

We will survive this year.
