My [Imaginary] Someone
I wish,
There was someone
Who would lay next to me.
He would pull the hair away
From my face,
Tuck it behind my ear
And look at me,
As if I was the prettiest girl
In the world.
I would move forward,
Leaning my head against his chest,
Hearing his heart beat
And knowing that,
Somewhere in that heart,
He had made a place
For me to live, too.
