5 days
120 hours
7200 minutes
432000 seconds
since I’ve been here.
It felt longer.
Decades maybe.
The sea blue walls seem to turn a dull gray.
As well as the purple sheets on the twin bed
The wooden floor,
The black wooden closet,
the black drawers,
and the door
Everything was just
grey.
I was tied down and bound here
by the will of my mother.
I was on the floor
just laying here
in misery,
dispair
and in sorrow.
My will was no longer my own.
I’m just a knight
crippled and broken.
No longer of use.
Just waiting to be called again.
I’m just here
here..
In empty isolation
my own mind to keep me company
