what is happening

i was in my bed room and i felt like i wanted to run i don”t know where to but i just wanted to run. run like never before and i don”t know why so i got up put on shoes and just ran a couple minutes later i was breathing hard in the woods i don” t know where i was but i knew one thing . i could not find my way back home !
