The D.O.asis

Prologue
800 years had passed. Had we forgotten what had happened? It felt like it. You only ever read it from old books 800 years ago. 800 years ago, we experienced a widespread epidemic, virus nicknamed, D.O. This virus caused human beings to explode if they drank it, and it completely infected our water supply. The only reason humans are still alive today, is because we put so many substances into our water so that the virus could not manifest. That was never ever the worst of it. Whenever a human exploded, it almost seemed as if their blood became sentient. This blood combined to make human silhouetted beings covered in blood, ranging from 10-50 meters tall. To protect everyone, humanity created the D.O.asis, a circular 100 meter tall concrete wall. However, I bet you have already known this.
