Secrets

You tell someone your secret.

You know you shouldn’t,

But you do anyway.

They won’t tell, will they?

Of course they will.

They told him your secret,

They betrayed your trust.

You feel hurt.

You confront them,

They lie to your face.

You cry,

You are betrayed.

You shouldn’t have told your secret.
