Reality

Reality was no dream, nor a game of life

Reality was a train speeding through our existence

Reality wasn’t sorry she would just say it’s fate

Reality was the ringleader calling the shots

And I follow the truth she brings

I follow her even when its hard

I follow because it’s what I need to hear 

I follow to keep from being disillusioned 

I follow because without reality I’m not me
