If people are people
am I one, too?
Camoflaguing,
masking.
You’ve been hidden for so long,
you yourself have forgotten
that
you
aren’t
human.
What do you think will happen
when the people
find
out?
What happens to those
who aren’t the same?
I don’t
want to
find
out.
And so
you will hide,
young inhuman
and cover your
alien traits.
Pray they won’t find you
pray that you’ll
stay here.
You may be alive
but this existence isn’t really
a life.
