I am a Tree

I’m a beautiful tree in a beautiful universe full of stars and wonder.

I extend my branches to those who will reach for it.

I show my bark to those who’d wish to tear me down.

I bring love to the broken-hearted and light to the dark.

I am life.

I am before, beginning and after.

I am what you’ve known, what you know and what you will know.

I believe and you will see.

I am a tree, you cannot push me down.

I am long-suffering.

I am kind.

I am patient.

I am love.

Anything I might’ve been before is irrelevant;

it’s all part of the growing phase.
