How does anger affect your life?

Anger affects my life because getting angry makes me say and do things I don’t mean. Being angry makes the problem worse. I have tried to control it but it’s hard. If my anger gets worse it wouldn’t only hurt me but it could possibly hurt someone I don’t intend hurting, then regretting it later. ” In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are angry, and do not give the devil a foothold…” – Ephesians 4:26-31. Whats the meaning of life without anger ?
