Not Buddhism. Not Psychology.
I would like, I think, to start with something of a disclaimer. Buddhist psychology is not going to be everyone's cup of tea. If you are looking for a "five steps to health and happiness" sort of book, you will probably want to look elsewhere. I am calling the memoir "Not Buddhism. Not Psychology" for a reason. You see, I practice something which I like to call "Buddhist psychology." It's not exactly Buddhism. Nor is it strictly psychology. It's a little of both. Both/and, you might say.
